After spending all day up to 4 AM, that is how I knew I had found something special. I realized I find so much meaning and joy being an artist that goes beyond pencil and paper. When I pick up my camera, photograph or produce a film that brings stories to life and excites viewers with my imagination is so rewarding.
How has Lilia's inner world changed since she began making art?
Lilia describes a shift not just in her work but in her sense of purpose, finding that creating art has brought deeper meaning to her life, her community, and her role as a mother.
I feel much more happy, there is more meaning in my life because I am making a change in the world, in my network, community and most of all sharing a side of me to my children that truly enjoy and shape their childhood in a stunning way.
