1. About Powerful Blueprints

Powerful Blueprints ("we," "us," or "the Publication") is a structured interview platform that features real career stories from CEOs, authors, artists, and other professionals. The website is accessible at powerfulblueprints.com (the "Site").

By accessing the Site, submitting an interview questionnaire, uploading photographs, or otherwise providing content to us, you ("Interviewee," "Contributor," or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit any content.

2. Nature of Published Content

Powerful Blueprints is a public editorial platform. Everything you submit — including your interview answers, biographical details, job title, company name, website, social media handles, and any photographs you provide — is intended for public publication on the Site and may be indexed by search engines, shared on social media, and cited by third-party sources including AI-powered search and discovery tools.

By submitting content, you acknowledge and agree that:

Your submission will be edited into an editorial article and published under your name.
Published articles are permanently accessible to the public unless we agree in writing to remove them.
Published articles may appear in search engine results, AI-generated summaries, and syndicated feeds.
You will not submit content you wish to keep private or confidential.

3. Grant of Publishing Rights

By submitting your interview and any accompanying photographs, you grant Powerful Blueprints a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to:

Publish, display, reproduce, and distribute your interview content and photographs on the Site;
Edit, format, and adapt your answers into an editorial article while preserving your authentic voice;
Promote published articles on social media, email newsletters, and other marketing channels operated by us;
Archive published articles on the Site indefinitely; and
Allow search engines and AI crawlers to index and cite published content.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to us. You retain all underlying intellectual property rights in the answers you provide and in any photographs you submit. We are granted the right to publish and distribute that content; we do not own it.

We will not sell, license, or otherwise transfer your content to any third party for commercial use without your explicit written consent, except as described in Section 5 (No Sale of Personal Information).

4. Photograph Ownership & Submissions

All photographs submitted to Powerful Blueprints must meet the following requirements:

You own the photograph. The image must have been taken by you, a photographer you hired, or a photographer who has explicitly granted you the rights to use and license the image.
No AI-generated images. Photographs must depict you as a real person and must not be created, significantly altered, or composited using artificial intelligence image-generation tools.
No third-party rights violations. The photograph must not include copyrighted material, third-party trademarks, or recognisable individuals other than yourself unless you have obtained the necessary permissions.

By uploading a photograph, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements and that your upload does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights or right of publicity.

We reserve the right to remove any photograph that we determine, in our sole discretion, does not comply with these requirements or is otherwise inappropriate for publication.

5. Privacy & Personal Information

We respect your privacy. The following applies to personal information collected through the Site:

We do not sell your personal information. We will not sell, rent, or trade your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information to advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party.
We do not share your contact details publicly. Your email address and any private contact information you provide during the interview process are used solely for communication between you and our editorial team and are never displayed on published articles.
Published information is public. The content you choose to include in your interview answers — including your name, title, company, website, and social media handles — is published publicly on the Site and is not subject to the privacy protections above, because you have consented to its publication by submitting it.
Service providers. We may share limited information with trusted technology service providers (e.g., hosting, email delivery, analytics) solely to operate the Site. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and are not authorised to use your information for any other purpose.

6. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Powerful Blueprints uses artificial intelligence tools — including large language models — to assist in transforming raw interview responses into polished editorial articles. This means:

Your interview answers may be processed by an AI system to produce the first draft of your article.
All AI-generated drafts are reviewed and may be further edited by our editorial team before publication.
AI is used only for editorial formatting and structuring. We do not fabricate facts, quotes, or biographical details. The substance of your article is always drawn from your own submitted answers.
Your interview answers are submitted to third-party AI model providers (such as Anthropic) solely for the purpose of generating editorial content. These providers process your data under their own privacy policies and data processing terms.

If you have concerns about AI-assisted editing, contact us before submitting your interview at editor@powerfulblueprints.com.

7. Accuracy of Submitted Information

You represent and warrant that all information you submit in your interview questionnaire is true, accurate, and not misleading. You must not:

Impersonate any other person or misrepresent your identity, title, or affiliation;
Submit false credentials, fabricated achievements, or misleading statistics; or
Include content that defames, harasses, or infringes the rights of third parties.

If we discover that published content is materially false or was submitted in bad faith, we reserve the right to remove, correct, or annotate the article without notice.

8. Requests for Removal or Correction

Because published articles are indexed by search engines and may be cited by third-party sources, removal cannot be guaranteed once an article is published. However, we will consider requests to:

Correct factual errors in a published article;
Update outdated information (e.g., a changed job title or company name); or
Remove a published article in exceptional circumstances (e.g., safety concerns).

All removal and correction requests must be submitted in writing to editor@powerfulblueprints.com. We will respond within 14 business days. We are not obligated to remove content that was validly consented to at the time of submission.

9. Intellectual Property of the Site

All original editorial content, design elements, branding, and code on the Site are the intellectual property of Powerful Blueprints and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site materials without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted below:

You may share links to published articles.
You may quote brief excerpts from your own published article for personal or professional promotion, provided you attribute the quote to Powerful Blueprints and link back to the original article.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Editorial articles represent the personal views and experiences of the interviewees and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Powerful Blueprints and its founders, editors, and operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the publication of your interview, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of reputation, or loss of data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, that you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which for free platform users is $0).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Powerful Blueprints, its founders, editors, and operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your submitted content; (c) your violation of any third party's rights; or (d) your misrepresentation of any information provided to us.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
